If you have 4 to 11 tactics, then watch yourself will end after 2 attacks. Does this mean that it will end after a total of 2 attacks has been directed at your party? Or does it mean that it will end for each member after 2 attacks has been directed at him/her? Thanks in advance.

It will end for each member after 2 attacks has been directed at him/her.

Thanks a lot. So it's not that bad then? People say it's been nerfed to oblivion.

It's been nerfed to the point that putting 50 attribute points into tactics just for WY isn't worth it. Tactics was only really useful for 2 skills; WY and Heal Sig. WY had recharge added and will end after attacks now (previously it did now have this), and Heal Sig is somewhat inferior to Lion's Comfort. So Tactics is basically a Para attribute line now

It's pretty useless unless your fighting 1 mob and can keep spamming WY. If your being attacked by multiple mobs you'll loose WY faster than you can press the key to activate it

Which basically means that unless you have multiple people who can cast WY, or means to spam it yourself... it's not going to do much for you when it only boost's your armor vs 2 attacks and then goes "bye bye" and leaves you without the extra defense vs the rest of the attacks till it can be re-applied.
